or you can use your credit card only, not signing up for paypal.

You will then be redirected to paypal website to process your payment from your bank account or using a credit card.

You can choose to subscribe for automatic payments

for your child's tuition.

Just select on the drop-down menu below which kind of payment you are subscribing for. You will be redirected to paypal website and from there please follow the instructions on the screen.
